An native of Marrietta, Patrick started his legal career in Atlanta, working initially with two renowned defense attorneys. After four years practicing in distinguished firms there, he moved south to settle in Camilla and start a new law practice.

Patrick established The Millsaps Law Firm in 2004, defining it as "a local firm" for anywhere in Georgia where people needed the services he offered with his diverse experience and valuable resources. Patrick has staffed the firm with lawyers and administrators who share the same ideals, goals, values, and enthusiasm that he has for the practice of law, and for serving clients' interests with dedication, determination, compassion -- and the very best legal advice and action.

Our staff, clientele, and scope have grown remarkably in the short time since the firm's opening. We now have a satellite office in Albany, Georgia. Our lawyers offer exceptional expertise and comprehensive legal services in the areas of civil litigation, corporate representation, criminal representation, dispute resolution, education law, real estate transactions, and wills, trusts, and probate.
